Lisa called me directly because they didn’t have any daffodils and I was upset but she made the most beautiful, special floral arrangement that I’ve seen in a long time. It was delivered so quickly and with such attention to detail. They really care about making people happy and the experience was quite lovely. They are amazing and provide not only quality service, but beautiful floral designs. I will be getting weekly deliveries from Manhattan floral design!

Ordering was easy. The plant was delivered in a timely manner and the recipient was very pleased! The next time I order I'll do it by phone so my expectation of what will be delivered lines up with what actually gets delivered. I will definitely us the Harlem Florist Loft again; I'll just be more specific!
The succulent was delivered in a timely manner.
It was not the same one that was pictured on the website, so I was a bit disappointed. However the recipient was none the wiser and was very happy to receive her plant.
The next time I order, I'll do it by phone so that I can be sure to have my expectations aligned with what will be delivered.
